Salad with
Russian Style Dressing

Need a great salad in a
pinch? Try out this one, Russian style!
Dressing
Ingredients

125 ml (1/2 cup)
|
Canola Oil |
|
125 ml (1/2 cup)
|
Sugar |
|
65 ml (1/4 cup) |
White Vinegar |
|
125 ml (1/2 cup)
|
Ketchup |
|
30 ml (2 Tbsp) |
Minced Red Onion |
Method
Combine Sugar, Vinegar,
Ketchup, and Red Onion, mix well. Slowly incorporate the Canola Oil to
the mixture while whisking vigorously, add Salt and Pepper to taste and
refrigerate.

White Mushrooms
(fresh, sliced) |

Red Onion Sliced |
|
4 |
Eggs (hard boiled,
cooled, sliced) |
Method
Mix all ingredients together
and toss with dressing.
