Maple
Glazed Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

4 – 170 gm (6 oz) |
Pieces of
Fresh Salmon |

125
ml (1/2 cup) |
Pure Maple Syrup |
|
5
ml (1 tsp) |
Fresh Garlic, crushed |
|
30
ml (2 tbsp) |
Soy
Sauce |
|
15 ml (1 tbsp) |
Fresh Parsley, chopped |
|
|
Salt and Pepper to
taste |
Method
Blend
syrup, garlic, soy sauce and chopped parsley together and season
with salt and pepper to make glaze. Add salmon to the glaze and
marinate for approximately 30 minutes. Heat barbecue to medium-high
and grill salmon until grill marks are evident. Reduce heat to low
and finish cooking salmon adding leftover glaze if necessary.
