Maple Glazed Grilled Salmon

Yield – 4 servings

 

Ingredients

4 – 170 gm (6 oz)

Pieces of Fresh Salmon

125 ml (1/2 cup)

Pure Maple Syrup

5 ml (1 tsp)

Fresh Garlic, crushed

30 ml (2 tbsp)

Soy Sauce

15 ml (1 tbsp)

Fresh Parsley, chopped

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Method

Blend syrup, garlic, soy sauce and chopped parsley together and season with salt and pepper to make glaze. Add salmon to the glaze and marinate for approximately 30 minutes. Heat barbecue to medium-high and grill salmon until grill marks are evident. Reduce heat to low and finish cooking salmon adding leftover glaze if necessary.
