Iced Coffee

Summer may be nearly over, but we still have
some warm days ahead of us. Why not
whip up this cool, refreshing drink while you think back over this great
summer and
make plans for the next one?
Ingredients

250
ml (1 cup) |
Strong Cold Coffee |
|
125
ml (1/2 cup) |
Chocolate Syrup |
|
125
ml (1/2 cup) |
Whipping Cream |
|
1 L
(4 cups) |
Ice |
Method
In a blender add coffee, syrup and
whipping cream.
Pulse on medium speed until blended.
Add ice and blend on high speed
until smooth.
Pour into glasses add whipped cream
and cinnamon for topping.
