On June 25th, Anna
Oindina Schwartz was the guest pianist at our Adult Leisure meeting.
Anna was born in Russia and came
with her family to live in Winnipeg. Josie Brenner, Adult Leisure
volunteer, discovered Anna a number of years ago when Anna was
attending Joseph Wolinsky Collegiate. She is a gifted pianist and
has come to the Synagogue many times to entertain us.
We have had the pleasure of
watching her grow into womanhood. Anna is not only a gifted pianist;
she decided to become a doctor as well.
A few years ago, she brought her
new husband, Leonard, with her.
This June, Anna joined us again –
this time with her baby girl! We told her that we will be happy to
baby-sit.
It has been a pleasure to share
in all these happy lifecycles of dear Anna.
I wanted to share this happy
story with you. |
